The Buyer also must provide the Seller with photos of the box, packing materials, and broken item(s). The seller will file an insurance claim with the postal service, but the buyer must keep the box, packing materials and broken item(s) until the claim is resolved. The seller will communicate any additional needs to the buyer during the claim process. -The seller is not responsible for any items being sent to a drop hub distributor. Buyer must report any damages to seller within 24 hours of item being received at distributor. Buyer is also aware that they must purchase additional insurance from distributor for overseas shipment. Seller will not refund, replace or exchange any item for damage if not notified within 24 hours of delivery to agreed upon location in the US. Seller is not responsible for any issues once the item has left the original box and/or shipment has left the United States. Mason's Auction Services "Let Our Family Serve Yours" online public estate auction. This is an online only auction, all bidding will take place online. Pickup will take place on Saturday June 1st from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm at Mason's Station located at 2485 Williamsport Pike, Martinsburg WV, 25404. Any items not picked up on the specified day and time will be considered abandoned and forfeited by buyer! Shipping is available on many lots for this sale (as marked) through "Goin Postal Shippers" of Martinsburg WV, items will be taken to "Goin Postal Shippers" on Monday, June 3rd. All FFL regulations will be followed. All firearms will be delivered to Paradise Pawn on Monday, June 3rd. Any handguns purchased by MD, VA, or PA residents will go through Paradise Pawn who will deliver to the following FFL dealers: Skeeters Firearms in Maryland, Bears Trading Post in Virginia, and Hunter's Den in Pennsylvania. State fees will apply, in state (WV) $20 or out of state (MD,VA, PA) $30. All out of state bidders from MD, VA or PA can be approved for bidding. Please note additional fees will apply for transport and state background. Payment will take place after the end of the sale via the credit card used to register for the sale on HiBid.
