1. All items are sold in an "As Is" condition. 2. Although our BF Enterprises staff tests many of the items offered and those results are listed in the lot descriptions, BFE makes no warranty nor guarantee as to condition nor fitness of purpose for past, present, nor future uses by successful bidders. 3. All lots are located in Forney, Texas. the specific address for lot pick up will be listed on winner invoices. 4. All winning lots must be picked up on Thursday, January 16th, between 8am and 6pm. Lots not paid for and picked up during stated pick up hours are subject to a $1 per day, per lot storage fee and/or will be forfeit by the winning bidder along with his/her right to bid in future auctions. 5. All invoices need to be paid in cash only. although Credit Cards are used for bidder verification prior to the auction, no credit/debit cards nor checks will be accepted as payment for winning bids. 6. All winning bids will be subject to a 10% Buyer's Premium. 7. Winning bidders will be notified and invoiced via email at the conclusion of the auction. 8. Photos shown are stock images. Although the products are in good condition, it is likely that the actual packaging for lots in the auction will be in less-than pristine condition.
