ONLINE ONLY FIREARM AUCTION Please review the following rules and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience: 1. Secure Payment and Billing: -Winning bidders will receive payment links post-auction. Please note a 3.5% credit card fee will be added. -Sales Taxes will be calculated by our system and applied if required by your jurisdiction. 2. Nonpayment Consequences: -Buyers who fail to complete payment within 72 hours will be reported to HIBID and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions. 3. Local Pickup and Shipping Options: -Local Pickup: Items won in the auction can be picked up at our headquarters at Brownsville, TX after making an appointment with our company. -Shipping: Alternatively, you have the option to ship your purchased firearms to your chosen FFL Dealer. It's the buyer's responsibility to provide the FFL Dealer's information for the firearm transfer. -A $25.00 Transfer Fee will be applicable for local pickups. -Buyers must provide receiving FFL Information within 7 days from the auction finish date to info@southtexasauction.com. Failure to do so within 10 days will result in items being considered abandoned without reimbursement. 4. Shipping Costs: -We offer the convenience of fixed shipping costs for your acquisitions: -Rifles: $20.00 EACH -Ammunition Lots: $15.00 on 1st lot $5.00 per additional lot -Pistols: $15.00 EACH 5. Compliance and Background Checks: -We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales. -As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law. -Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions. -Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases. ABSENTEE BIDDING ON HIBID ENDS THE DAY BEFORE THE LIVE AUCTION. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER WITHOUT RESERVE. ABSENTEE BIDS FROM ONLINE WILL BE USED TO BID AGAINST LIVE BIDDERS. IF THE ONLINE BIDDER IS NOT OUTBID AT THE LIVE AUCTION THEY WIN THE ITEM.
