Anyone including employee's of Nacogdoches Auction may bid on any of the auctions if in good standing with HiBid. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to this tax. Buyers shall indemnify Nacogdoches Auction against any claims, damages, liability as a result of any harm or injuries suffered during the process of this sale or pick up of items.
