ONLINE ONLY FIREARM AUCTION
While we strive for accuracy in our descriptions, please note that the firearms we sell are sourced from various dealers nationwide. South Texas Auction Company relies on this network for descriptions, pictures, and stock. After purchase, items are sent to our central warehouse for inspection and distribution, which typically takes about 14 days after payment. In rare cases where items do not meet descriptions or there are stock discrepancies, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Please review the following rules and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience:
1. Secure Payment and Billing:
-Winning bidders will receive payment links post-auction. Please note a 3.5% credit card fee will be added.
-Sales Taxes will be calculated by our system and applied if required by your jurisdiction.
2. Nonpayment Consequences:
-Buyers who fail to complete payment within 72 hours will be reported to HIBID and will be ineligible to participate in future auctions.
3. Local Pickup and Shipping Options:
-Local Pickup: Items won in the auction can be picked up at our headquarters at Brownsville, TX after making an appointment with our company.
-Shipping: Alternatively, you have the option to ship your purchased firearms to your chosen FFL Dealer. It's the buyer's responsibility to provide the FFL Dealer's information for the firearm transfer.
-A $25.00 Transfer Fee will be applicable for local pickups.
-Buyers must provide receiving FFL Information within 7 days from the auction finish date to info@southtexasauction.com. Failure to do so within 10 days will result in items being considered abandoned without reimbursement.
4. Shipping Costs:
-We offer the convenience of fixed shipping costs for your acquisitions:
-Rifles: $20.00 EACH
-Ammunition Lots: $15.00 on 1st lot $5.00 per additional lot
-Pistols: $15.00 EACH
5. Compliance and Background Checks:
-We strictly adhere to ATF Requirements for all firearm sales.
-As a licensed FFL Dealer, we will perform necessary background checks and paperwork in compliance with the law.
-Firearms can only be shipped to other FFL Dealers without exceptions.
-Bidders uncertain about passing background checks are advised not to bid, as no reimbursement will be provided in such cases.
FFL or FOID NEEDED TO SHIP AMMO TO THE FOLLOWING STATES NO EXCEPTIONS:

MASSACHUSETTS
NEW JERSEY
If you do not wish to have your ammunition ship to you a licensed dealer and you are from one of the previously mentioned states please refrain from bidding.
