By registering and engaging in this auction, you agree to the Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") of the HiBid auction platform ("Platform") for lots and items provided by Katy Coin LLC ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Company's auctions. 1. **Registration and Account**: To participate in the online auction, you must register for an account on the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining your account's confidentiality and password and restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 2. **Auction Listings**: The Company may, in its sole discretion, list items for auction on the Platform. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any listings at any time for any reason. All listings are sold "as-is". Any descriptive words or claims represent the Company's opinions and are in no way a guarantee of condition or future resale value. 3. **Authenticity**: Any claims regarding condition or aesthetic appeal are solely the Company's opinions and are in no way a guarantee of grade or condition. If the Bidder has a question about an item's authenticity, condition, and/or eye appeal, the Bidder should contact the Company BEFORE placing a bid. Bids are legally binding. 4. **Bidding**: By placing a bid on an item, you agree to pay the amount of your bid plus any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs as described in the auction details. Bids are binding contracts. If you are the highest Bidder at the end of the auction, you are obligated to purchase the item at the bid price placed. 5. **Payment**: Payment for items purchased through the Platform will be processed within 24 hours. Bidders who win multiple items will be billed a combined package, and the credit card on file will be charged within 24 hours. The Company will contact winning bidders of combined lots that exceed $5,000 to arrange payment and shipping preferences. After 7 days of non-payment, your items will be considered forfeit and the items will be returned to the owner. 6. **Shipping and Delivery**: The Company will arrange for the shipping and delivery of all items purchased through the Platform. The company is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the buyer, and will not refund undeliverable packages. The shipping cost is a $9.95 flat fee, regardless of the number of lots won unless specified in item specifics. All packages are insured and mailed with tracking. Orders over $250 will require a signature for delivery. Orders will ship within three business days of payment, clearing both the Platform and the Company's accounts. If you are picking up in person you need to email or call the business within 24 hours of the auction ending or your items will be shipped to the designated address. 7. **Returns and Refunds**: Returns not accepted. All sales are final as is. 8. **Modification of Terms**: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, registration to engage in the Company's auctions is denied.
