The auctioneer may refuse any bid at any time at his/her discrection without given reason for refusal. Upon the word sold, responsibility for items passes from auction to buyer. Any bidder may retract a bid up until the time the auctioneer says "SOLD." Once auctioneer says "SOLD" bidder has become a winning bidder and has effected a legal contract of sale. Payment Terms
10 % Buyer's Premium. Tax is charged at a rate of 8.25% on all items unless we have a resale certificate on file. Cash, Checks, and all major credit cards accepted.
Pickup: Items can be picked up one of three ways: 1. At the end of the auction 2. Sunday following the auction, from 10am - 2 pm. 3. The week following the auction during normal business hours, 11am - 4pm. Any other times MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO AUCTION. Shipping: We offer in-house shipping on small items that we can box and take to our local Post Office or UPS. A FEE OF $8 PER BOX REQUIRED for shipping will be charged as handling fee. If multiple items can fit in one box, the fee will be a flat $8. Any special requested or needed shipping materials will be at buyer's expense after buyer approval. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs. WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL SHIPPERS so we recommend buyers make arrangements for professional shipping on high value or overly delicate items. Shipping and delivery of large items and furniture must be arranged by the buyer through an outside shipping company.
