If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the handgun at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a handgun, however, you cannot pick up in person. The handgun must be shipped to a registered FFL Firearms License holder in the state of your residence. All State and Federal Laws Must Apply. If you are a Texas resident, you may pick up the longarm at auction pickup date/s after completion of ATF Standard Form 4472 and successful background check. If you ARE NOT A TEXAS RESIDENT, you can still bid no and receive a longarm, however, you cannot pick up in person.
