Preview Date/Time: Preview will be available with no appointment necessary at: 701 North International Blvd. in Hidalgo, Texas Suite 102. it is the buyers responsibility to come in and preview and test all items prior to bidding, as all items are sold, as is where it is. We are open from.

Checkout Date/Time: buyer has five business days to pick up their items without an extra charge. After the fifth day, there will be a charge off $2 per item/per day for storage fee

If this is your first time bidding in our auction, or you’re bidding every week, here is some important information every auction addict should know when bidding in our auction.
PAYMENTS: payments will be made in person when you come to pick up your items. We take cash, credit card, Apple Pay, Google pay, Zelle, cashapp and Venmo.
PICKUPS: buyers will have three business days to pick up their items after Auction closes. Unfortunately, we cannot release any items until the entire auction has closed and finished and invoices have been emailed. Each buyer will receive an invoice through email.
If coming from the McAllen area, you can exit on S. 23rd St. and head south towards the border. When you pass Decker Road, we are about 1 mile on the left-hand side on the corner of produce and international Boulevard also known as 23rd St.
Loading/unloading: Pickers palace is not responsible for removal. We will assist in transporting your items from inside of the auction house to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Pickers Palace employees cannot assist in strapping down or securing items that are transported on the outside of the vehicle.
Item Conditions: We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Our staff does their best to inspect each item and verify its condition. The first photo is a stock photo and the pictures that follow our pictures of the actual items. Ultimately, it is buyers responsibility to come in and inspect all items prior to bidding
Returns and Refunds: At Pickers palace we stand by our products. We understand that mistakes happen. Our staff from time to time will miss an important detail when inspecting items. Bid with confidence. We take accountability when we make an error. In the unfortunate circumstance that we do make an error in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. Due to this being an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. Please ensure that the items you are bidding on are the right size, color, shape, and model you are looking for.
We allow 3 business days for Checkouts and Pickups for each auction.
