IF HAVING ITEMS SHIPPED PLEASE WAIT FOR A FINAL INVOICE, THAT WILL INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS, BEFORE PAYING. IF PURCHASES ARE NOT PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CLOSE OF THE AUCTION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE PURCHASES TO THE BIDDER'S REGISTERED CREDIT CARD.
THIS WILL BE A SOFT CLOSE AUCTION, A LAST MINUTE BID WILL EXTEND THE AUCTION FOR 1 MINUTE.
LOTS WILL START CLOSING AT 7 PM CENTRAL AND CLOSE IN 20 SECOND INTERVALS.

Bidding Notice: By bidding, buyers are entering a binding agreement /contract with Windsor Auction Company. Invoices can be paid with the credit / debit card used to register for the auction, by Paypal (andy@windsorauction.com) or by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex. or cash on pickup. Payment to be made within 48 hours of the auction closing.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE AFTER 48HRS.
We encourage potential bidders to view the auction lots in person during the preview dates and times provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are open for inspection and / or pick-up Monday thru Friday, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.at Windsor Auction Company 911 Brenda St., Houston, TX 77076. All lots are described to the best of our ability. Please contact us if you have any questions. (713-694-1069 or andy@windsorauction.com) Purchases need to be picked up within five working days from the end of the auction.
AFTER 5 DAYS THE ITEM(S) WILL BE TREATED AS ABANDONED AND DEALT WITH ACCORDINGLY.
Buyer's premiuim is 12.5% . State sales tax of 8.25% is applicable to the total amount (including shipping if applicable) unless a valid Texas Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate and a copy of the tax certificate issued by the state is provided.
