All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. There will be an 18% buyers premium on all purchases. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you hold a valid resale or exemption certificate. We accept cash and Zelle with a 3% Buyers Premium discount. Please notify Jason before the close of the auction if you wish to pay with any means other than the card on file. Once auction closes all winning bidders cards will be charged that have not contacted prior to last item closing. All items must be paid for on pick-up day. If you choose to pay by any means other than the card on file please contact Jason before the close of the auction. House must be emptied on pick up day. You will need to bring help for loading as there are very heavy items in this auction. Storage fees of $10 per item per day will apply to all items not picked up on time. If you need shipping please refer to the terms under the shipping tab. There are items in this auction of excessive weight that we will not ship. There are handling fees charged by the auctioneer, as well as shipping fees which will be billed to you separately by the shipper. Failure to respond to the shipper for payment will result in additional charges of $25 per day to the card on file. Please notify Jason before auction closing if you need shipping. You will be charged additional handling fees if we are not notified of the need for shipping prior to the auction closing.
