Personal or Company Checks will be accepted from established customers of High Plains Auctioneers or if accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee from your bank. This Letter of Guarantee must include the following: "(Your Bank) will guarantee or honor your check up to (a specified amount) for purchases made at this auction" All purchases are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution. Announcements day of sale take precedence over any other advertising. All items are Sold "As Is" and all guarantees, if any, are between Buyer and Seller. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
