It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment.
THE BUYER expressly agrees to indemnify and save Trash 2 Treasures and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses,
expenses, damage or liability, and personal injury/accidents directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of
Trash 2 Treasures or anyone acting on their behalf in connection with or arising out of the auction or pick-up location.
