Conditions Of Sale
All sales are final and all property is sold “As is, Where is.” It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on information from the consignor that is given to us. Electronic items with standard power cord may be tested for power only, but no further tests are made unless otherwise noted in lot description. We do not offer warranties or refunds.
Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. In the event of non-payment during posted pickup days, we reserve the right to charge the outstanding invoice balance to the credit card you provided upon registration. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.
Authenticity
Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller makes any warranties of any kind with respect to the property and in no event shall be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition etc.
Buyers Premium
We charge a 15% buyers premium.
Payment/Pickup
Invoice payment is due on published pickup date. If you are unable to pick up your items on the posted day, you may reschedule pickup for a $15 fee. We will not hold items if invoice remains unpaid and items cannot be held past Friday. Texas state and local taxes are applied. Please provide Resale/Tax exempt certificate if required. Pay online or at pickup with card or cash. We do not accept e-checks. We charge a 15% Buyer Premium to all invoices. 3% Buyer Premium discount for cash payment. Payment is due by the end of Monday. All payments not received by 5:30pm on Monday will be automatically charged to the credit card provided upon registration.
Shipping:
Auction invoice is due on posted pickup day. You will receive a separate invoice for the shipping within a few days following the auction once the rate has been calculated.
Shipping is handled in-house. Large items which are unavailable for shipping in-house can be delivered to a third-party shipper for a $15 delivery fee. Shipping arrangements for these large items must be made by the buyer.
Shipping costs include a minimum $5 handling fee + the cost of postage + insurance + signature confirmation if applicable. A MINIMUM $5 handling fee will apply to all packages and additional charges will apply as appropriate for labor and materials needed to package items.
All packages require insurance, and packages valued over $250 will require signature confirmation. We ship via UPS and USPS.
