Selling Bank Owned Restaurant Equipment Online Auction - Quick Notice The bank has contracted with Davis Auctioneers to liquidate the restaurant equipment, furnishings, and contents of the former Toasted Yolk Restaurant of Southlake. This is a huge opportunity to purchase used equipment and furnishings. Brands of Beverage Air, Hoshizaki, John Boos, Imperial, Southbend, Regency, Vollrath, Cambro, and more will be available. Items will include Refrigerators, Ovens, Ranges, Griddles, Mixer, SS Tables and Shelves, Wire Rack Shelving, Sinks, Pots and Pans, Baking Sheets, Dining Tables, Chairs, Booths, Patio Chairs and Tables, Prep Tables, TV's, Food Storage Containers, Plates, Bowls, Flatware, Steam Pans, Slicer, and Warmers. Bidding is open Now! Auction will start a soft close on Wednesday August 7th at 5:00 pm. Pick Up will be on Saturday August 10th 9:00 am - 6:00 pm by appointment only. 1. All persons desiring to bid or purchase must register with Auctioneer using a valid credit card. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has made themselves familiar with the terms and conditions contained herein. Your auction registration is also an agreement to be added to our email / text lists for notifications about other auctions and services we offer. Your Bid Is A Legal Binding Contract. If you are designated as the winning bidder you agree to pay the full bid amount + buyer's premium and applicable sales tax & shipping. 2. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Auctioneer or Seller shall describe the merchandise as accurately as possible, but they assume no liability and will not be responsible for authenticity, genuineness, or unseen defect in any lot. No allowance, discount or refund shall be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as authenticated or as a warranty of any type. Buyer shall base their bid accordingly upon their judgment solely. All sales are final. 3. Full payment for all purchases must be made immediately following the conclusion of the sale. All Invoices over $1500.00 must be paid via wire transfer. For invoices less than $1500.00 the credit card on file will be charged for the full bid amount plus buyer's premium and tax if applicable immediately following the closing of the auction unless the invoice is being paid by wire transfer.4. A 15% Buyers Premium will be calculated & added to all online purchases and will become part of the total purchase price. 5. Tax will be applied to all items that are subject to Texas State Sales Tax and / or local tax. Tax will be collected unless the buyer has a current sales tax number on file with the Auctioneer. 6. Sales tax will apply to buyer's premium according to state tax law unless item 5 above prevails. 7. Auctioneer reserves the right to: a) Reject any and all bids and/or to bid as an agent on behalf of the Seller, any absentee bidder and/or the Auctioneer as buyers. b) Bid on behalf of the Seller in situations involving reserves or Seller confirmation to reach the reserve sales price. c) Withdraw from or add to auction any item before or during the sale. d) Resell any item not paid for in full on sale day. e) Group, subdivide, sell lots times the money, or sell lots in bulk when it is in best interest of the Seller. 8. Auctioneer is not responsible for the performance of online bidding platform. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The Auctioneer is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error. 9. If Shipping is Offered, merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Shipping charges will be added onto the final purchase price of each item. Charges will be decided based on priority mail flat rate pricing. Texas Star Auctions will attempt to fit as many items in each box as safely and efficiently as possible to reduce the shipping charges for each item.
