PAYMENT: Cash, Local Checks with proper ID, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, We will email you an paid invoice and you MUST bring it with you to check out your items. You must pay immediately with card you registered with unless you make other arrangements with the auctioneer. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON. 6. If buyer fails to make payment good in full immediately following the sale the Auctioneer may, at his discretion, Re-Sell such property at public or private sale and buyer shall be required to pay any loss or expense incurred therein, including attorney fees and court cost. (Chapter 2 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code) Any legal action arising from transactions related to any auction conducted by Sisk Auctions, either being conducted on line or on site, will be conducted in Bee County, Texas, USA and under the current laws of the State of Texas, USA. Which means it will begin to close Friday, August 9th 6pm CST This is a gradual close of items beginning in Lot Order if active bidding is taking place on a lot time will be extended, to give each person time to respond. Neither The Auction Company nor Seller is Responsible for Lost Internet Connections for any reason. The computer Software determines which bid is accepted first when it comes to tie bids. 10. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium added to all purchases. Example: If an item sells for $100.00, then add 15% =$15.00 =$115.00. Buyer pays sales tax on total. 11. PICK UP TIME WILL BE ON Saturday, August 10th 9am-4pm 12. This Auctioneer is Licensed, & Regulated under a State Issued Recovery Fund. This Fund protects both the Buyer and Seller from inappropriate and fraudulent actions by this Auctioneer. This Auctioneers License #7425.
