SHORT NOTICE SALE OF HIGHER END FURNITURE, HOUSE SOLD AND MUST BE VACATED BY END OF MONTH. PICKUP IS ONLY ON JULY 26 AND 27 BETWEEN 11 AND 4. MOST ITEMS HAVE A LISTED RESERVE. IF RESERVE IS NOT MET THE OWNER MAY OPT TO ENTERTAIN HIGHEST BID. IF SO, YOU MAY BE NOTIFIED OF OPTION TO PURCHASE. THERE MAY BE AN OPTION TO HAVE ITEMS MOVED OFF SITE TO OUR STORE IN DOWNTOWN CAMERON. A MOVING FEE BETWEEN $10-$100 DEPENDING ON SIZE WILL BE CHARGED. A STORAGE FEE OF $10-$50 /WK WILL ALSO BE CHARGE. ACCRUING FIRST DAY OF EACH WEEK STORED. WE RESERVE TO REMOVE ANY LOT FROM THIS AUCTION UP AND UNTIL SOLD.

Description
Gorgeous home, sold quicker than anticipated and has to vacate by end of month. Owner is relocating and downsizing and would rather not put excess items in storage. He has asked us to try a quick auction. There are reserves on some items per the owner. Owner may consider close bids.
Pickup will be between 11am - 4pm Friday July 26th and 11-4 Saturday July 27th ONLY. Items not picked up during the listed time or during a mutually agreed time may be forfited with no refund. Removal and storage at our store in downtown Cameron TX on paid items is available. $10-100 wk depending on size and amount of items. Moving fees will apply.
