All items are sold as is, where is, with no warranties of any kind. Please ask questions on any items you need info on. We do our best to describe all items as accurately as possible, but we can make mistakes.
We can ship smaller, non-fragile items in this auction for the cost of shipping plus a $5.00 handling fee per lot. We will not ship large, breakable items or furniture. Allow up to 2 weeks for shipping.

Your winning bid creates a valid and legally enforceable contract. Non-paying bidders will be blocked from bidding in our auctions. Payment must be made by the end of the scheduled pickup times listed below or arrangements made with us in advance. Paid auction items not picked up within 7 days following the end of the auction become the property of the auction company with no refund to the bidder. Non-paying bidders may be subject to having their credit card automatically charged for their invoice total plus penalties and late fees as well as other collection procedures.

Close Date: Items begin closing on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 7 p.m. (CST) at the rate of 5 lots minute.This auction uses a "soft close". Any item which receives a bid in the last 3 minutes will have the time extended 3 minutes for that item only.
Pickup days (at 827 S. Main Street, Winnsboro): Friday, July 19, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 20, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Payment Methods: Cash or Credit. (Cash only for totals under $10).Buyer's Premium: 13% with a 3% discount for paying with cash.
Late Pickup Penalty: If you do not pick up or make other arrangements for your items by the end of the pickup period shown above, a late pickup penalty will be charged. The penalty for late pickup is $15.00. So, please pick up your items on time.
Sales Tax: State sales tax will be charged in accordance with Texas law unless we have a valid Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate on file for you.
