If you receive a preliminary email from HiBid that you may have won this typically means you are the winning bidder and need to keep a lookout for an email from mesonlineauctions@gmail.com. All registered bidders will be approved for a max bid amount of $5000.00. If you need to increase your bidding limit please email your request at mesonlineauctions@gmail.com. There will be no guarantee any requests will be approved. A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas Resale Certificate is filed with us before bidding ends or auction closes. Marquee Estate Sales upholds to the best of its knowledge to provide as much information as possible of all contents to be sold. On pick-up days, we encourage in-person inspection by the winning bidder. Statements regarding merchandise conditions are only for general guidance and shall not be relied upon as complete statements of fact, and does not constitute a representation, warranty or assumption of liability by Marquee Estate Sales. At times condition defects may not be noted in the description but are apparent in the auction photos. We make every effort to note item defects but at times can be easily overlooks therefore we strongly encourage bidders to refer closely to the item photos. The auction house, the seller and Marquee Estate Sales assume no responsibility for errors or omissions. Marquee Estate Sales may attempt to describe the merchandise in online advertising but makes no representations. In no event shall Marquee Estate Sales be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The bidder shall be the sole judge on value and be held fully responsible for such judgments on his/her behalf. It is the bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, usefulness, functionality and authenticity or any other factor they’re with. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the designated pick-up location a the time of removal. No Exceptions. No credits; no refunds.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the items.

PAYMENT
All major credit cards accepted. The credit card you use to register for the auction will be charged at auction close. Be sure to register with the card you intend to use. All other methods of payment not accepted. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas Resale Certificate is filed with us before bidding ends or auction closes. PICK-UP
MES Online Auctions will conduct a 1-day purchase order pick-up by appointment only on Saturday, July 20, 2024 from 9am-3pm CDT. Winning bidders will receive an email from mesonlineauctions@gmail.com on Friday 19th once the auction has concluded. This email will contain instruction on where and how to schedule your pick-up appointment. We strongly encourage bidders to arrive on-time at the time selected and agreed to...neither earlier nor shortly after.
Pick-up date and times are firm. All items must be picked up during the time selected and agreed to by the winning bidder. If you cannot make the schedules pick-up date or selected time chosen DO NOT BID.
Paid items not picked up during the specified pick-up date and times will be subject to a $25 per day storage fee, per lot. Items not removed within five business days post auction close will be considered abandoned and forfeited therefore will be disposed of at our discretion without refund. Items not paid for by the end of the business day Friday, July 19, 2024 will be considered non-paid items and will be immediately cycled back into inventory. Unsold items will be available for purchase on-site at the designated pick-up location. Please do not bid without a valid credit card, email address and the ability to remove your purchase orders by Saturday, July 20, 2024 end of business day 3pm. SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE
Shipping options available for small items to the Continental US only. Only lots marked Shipping Available can be shipped. All items will ship via UPS. A $5.00 handling fee will apply for all lots to be shipped and the buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost. If bidders opted to request a different carrier service, bidders must provide a pre-paid shipping label. If providing a pre-paid label for shipping, a packing and handling fee will apply to bidders total order amount. Packages can be up to 50 lbs but must safely ship in a cardboard box. Lots with large or bulky items, e.g. furniture are not available for shipping and will be marked Shipping Not Available. For a shipping quote email mesonlineauctions@gmail.com.
If your item or items require shipping (local or out of state) you must contact us during the actual pick-up window for this particular auction at email mesonlineauctions@gmail.com to inform us that you will need item(s) shipped otherwise your item(s) will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. You may be asked to provide documentation in order for us to fulfill shipping requests. Once we email a quote for shipping you have 3-days to approve the charge. Quotes are emailed no later than Tuesday morning following auction close. If we do not receive an approval agreeing to the shipping amount from you or any requested documentation or if the charge is declined then your items will be forfeited and disposed of at our discretion. Out of area bidders may want to refrain from bidding on items that are costly to ship such as but not limited to media, oversized items and extra heavy items. We will not ship TVs, computer monitors, lubricated motor devices/equipment, chemicals, etc. We do not have the ability to ship furniture. We do not recommend shipping sets of China. Marquee Estate Sales will not be held responsible for any shipping related damages. Packing, handling, shipping and shipping related emails are only conducted on Thursdays and Mondays. Please allow 5 up to 10-business days for shipping and handling processing. All Packages are shipped out either Thursdays or Mondays ONLY…5 to 10-business days from the Saturday following auction close.
Local delivery options available on large bulky items by request and by approval from our auction Show-runner. For such items to qualify for delivery items must be large or bulky, e.g. sectional sofa or washer/dryer. A delivery and handling fee will apply and be charged to your total order amount. MES Online Auctions offers delivery up to 100 miles.
Delivery/Handling Fees: 1-24 miles $50 | 25-49 miles $75 | 50-74 miles $100 | 75-99 miles $125. Bidder will need to confirm all information with the Show-runner as well as complete and sign the delivery agreement form.
REGISTRATION
All persons desiring to bid must register to the auction. Registration is free. A valid credit or debit card number is required as a security measurement, and it should be in the bidder's name. This is an online only auction. Some lots may have extended bidding, and this scenario applies to all online auction lots. Posted closing times and displays of auction current time are approximate.
