Description	This collection comes from a pair of estates in and around the Hill Country of Texas. The majority of items are from an estate in Kingsbury, Texas. The rest is from a lady that was a fashion buyer for Nieman Marcus. All items will be described to the best of our ability and will be sold as is, where is. PLEASE NOTE: Lots 101 though 197 will be located in Kingsbury, TX. The rest will be at our Gallery 46 location. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by the 29th. This will be an online only auction. All items are sold as is, where is with all faults By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If, after the pickup dates have passed, your items will be donated. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash.
