This is an Absolute auction with all bids starting at $3.00. There are no Reserves. All items are sold in as is, gently used condition. PICKUP WILL BE ON JULY 8TH ONLY. Pickup will be at the home in San Marcos. NO CHECKS. NO PREVIEWS. I WILL NOT BE BACK ON THE PROPERTY UNTIL DAY OF THE PICKUP.
Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone.
