Thanks for taking the time to look over our auction catalog! SRS Auction Company was contracted to liquidate the estate of Mrs. Annette Gilbert. If you have followed our auction company for a while you should remember Mrs. Gilbert. She had a beautiful yellow house, sitting on top of a small hill with great privacy and beautiful scenery in Winnsboro, TX. Mrs. Gilbert was a collector and had a dream of opening her own resale shop one day but unfortunately, she passed before living out her dream. SRS dedicated the entire month of March in 2021 to this estate. We had an online auction and two live auctions on location. These totes were set aside, and the time has come to sell the remaining contents for Mrs. Gilbert’s family. These totes have been stored and we have spent countless hours sorting, lotting, and getting ready for this online auction. This truly is a once in a lifetime kind of sale. These totes were packed full of antique, vintage, new and used items that she scoured from many places for many years. You never know what treasure you may find!!
All items are sold as is, where is with no guarantees or warranty. Pick-up for this auction will be TWO DAYS ONLY...Saturday, December 2nd from 10 am to 5 pm & Sunday, December 3rd from 10 pm to 3 pm. We will serve each customer on a first come, first serve basis. Our team will work as efficiently as possible to serve you quickly. Your patience is ALWAYS appreciated! Payment MUST be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. We will no longer be able to hold open tickets so all payments MUST be made during the scheduled pickup day regardless if you have made previous arrangements to get your items another day. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 18% buyer’s premium. Limited Shipping will be available for this auction. All items that are eligible for shipping have been marked. PLEASE NOTE: If you have the winning bid on items within a tote that requires shipping, then you must forfeit the tote and only the contents will be shipped. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up day and time or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. Shipping will be available for this online auction and items that are eligible for shipping are marked as shippable. If you NEED shipping, please follow the instructions that will be sent to you after the auction closes.
IN-HOUSE shipping is limited, and charges are as follows… FOR THIS AUCTION - A handling fee of $3.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. SMALL box fee is $5.00 - MEDIUM box fee is $10.00 - LARGE box fee is $20.00. Some lots may have an additional packing fee due to the amount of packing supplies to be used to package your items for safe arrival (read the lot details to determine if additional fee will be charged). We will box as many items as we can in ONE box to save you money. These fees will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item with the most protection for shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. Buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges on top of handling and box fees. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. SRS Auction Service is not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail. It is the buyer's responsibility to request insurance if you want protection.
