Removal: (NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY), (TWO DAYS ONLY - NO EXCEPTIONS) Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction exept when one of those days lands on a Sunday. Then the next pick up day will be a Monday
WE ARE USING A THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY CALLED SHIPPING SAINT FOR ALL SHIPPING. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND TEXT ASKING IF YOU WOULD LIKE SHIPPING OR TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS. PLEASE RESPOND TO THAT EMAIL OR TEXT WITH YOUR CHOICE. ALL SHIPPING WILL NOW BE A COMPLETELY SEPARATE CHARGE THROUGH SHIPPING SAINT. NO ITEMS WILL BE PREPARED FOR SHIPPING UNTIL THE INVOICE IS PAID. If you request shipping and then decide to pick your items up, you will still be charged a handling fee.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS **There will be a 16% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased.** ** All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.

Payment Types: Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Visa/Mastercard/Discover, Wire Transfer. All buyers must have a paid receipt from Hodges Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.

NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, AND IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE, BIDDER'S ACCOUNT WILL BE SUSPENDED UNTIL REMOVAL IS COMPLETED.
All merchandise is sold “As Is” and “Where Is” without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. *There will be no trading or sales between buyers on the Hodges Auctions premises* *Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal – Hodges Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction.
Hodges Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller, and extend the closing date if needed.
Bidder agrees to hold Hodges Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
Please Note: Items left in our warehouse after the auction pick up dates will loaded onto a pallet and will be assessed a storage fee in the amount of 10.00 per pallet per day or 60.00 per pallet per week. Furniture lots will be assessed a fee of 10.00 per piece per day or 60.00 per piece per week if they do not fit on a standard 48" x 40" pallet. Items left past 2 weeks will be considered abandoned and will be re-auctioned in order to recover storage costs. No refunds will be given on abandoned merchandise and the bidder may lose their future bidding priveleges.
