Payments: A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for within the posted payment and pickup times. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. Removal of Purchase: All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). All items must be removed within 2 weeks or may be subject to storage charges.
