Open house to view items will be held on Friday Aug. 2nd from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. or by contacting Kevin 605-660-1587. SD sales tax applies. No Buyers Premium will be charged. Auctioneers will be on site to take payment and load out on sale day until 5:00 and Aug. 9th from 9:00 to 5:00. Come watch the sale at the Wieman Auction Facility.
THERE IS A NO BUYERS PREMIUM FOR ONLINE BIDDERS & 3% Credit Card Fee. Please make sure to leave your MAX BID for each item when you leave an absentee bid. At 7pm CST the auction will start to close. Payment and loadout will be Wednesday, August 14 from 8-5pm or Thursday, August 15 from 8-Noon. The house is sold and everything must go during those times!!!!!
