After which time the remaining items on the property will be considered abandoned unless further arrangements have been made. Buyers of items considered "Large Items" by Wachter Auctions & Appraisals, such as the Large Trailers, Sea Containers and large Tractor Implements have up to two weeks to remove items. Buyer of the buildings for immediate legal disassembly can have up to but not more than three weeks (October 11, 2024) to have all items removed from the property. Any items that remain on the facilitating property of the Auction after October 11, 2024 will be considered abandoned. All items are being sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee of any kind.
