Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by Wachter Auctions and Appraisals Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring. Firearms: All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms that require paperwork, must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical. Fees for firearms: $45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction.
