Auctions operate from Tuesday to Tuesday. Item collection is scheduled for the Thursday following auction closure, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In the event that Thursday pickup is not feasible, please contact us via email at team@usedtwo.com prior to auction close to arrange an alternative pickup time. Items remaining uncollected by the close of business on the following Thursday, for which no rescheduling arrangement has been communicated, may be forfeited. However, clients may utilize our local UPS shipping service for item pickup, packing, and shipping.
