Wachter Auctions within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Buyers who need items shipped, please contact us within 24 hours of the sales end, so that we can start the shipping process immediately. In person viewing for our online sales will be Monday,Tuesday, Thursday & Friday's from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM during business hours, or call us to schedule a preview of the items. Items may be added to the sale while it is in progress AS OF JANUARY 1, 2024 Notice to BUYERS Anyone who purchases an item will have 5 Business Days to pick your items up. If you are unable to pick your items up within that 5 days please call to arrange a day to pick your items up. Any lot that is purchased and that is NOT picked up within 5 business days; those items are subject to storage fees. Fees will be implimented by W. Wachter Auctions Staff. The Larger the item the more the cost to store the item. Unfortunately we are very limited on space and some customers in the past have taken advantage of our grace for them to pick up items at a later date. The charge for storage will be by the day. For Example, Furniture could cost between $3 - $10 per item per day. A standard beverage flat of household goods would run $1 - $2 per day. In most auctions, we email our invoices after 9:00pm (Eastern time) AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 2024 We will be moving to bi-weekly online auctions. The hope is to also start holding monthly live/in-person auctions, starting this spring. Firearms: All FFL regulations will be followed. Buyers of firearms must complete a NIC background . All firearms sales are final and no returns or refunds are accepted. Winning bidder is responsible for verifying that the firearm is legal in their area and that they can legally take possession of it. Buyers that want their firearm shipped to their local dealer are responsible for having their dealer contact the transferring FFL (MKP Tactical ) and providing a copy of their license. License copies must be submitted by email to MKPtactical@gmail.com and the email should reference the Lot number and firearm Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping through a third party(W. Wachter Auctions does not ship firearms), and it must be shipped to a FFL Licensed Dealer from MKP Tactical. Fees for firearms: $45 for the first firearm and $15 for processing and Background fee for additional firearms purchased in the same auction. The buyer's premium is 18% There is a 3% discount for cash or debit* IF items are picked up and paid for within the 72-hour window. *Debit cards are only able to be run in house with a pin number, otherwise these cards are processed as credit cards. Bidding begins on May 12th and ends on May 19th. Lots will begin to close at 10AM on Sunday May 19th. LOTS WILL CLOSE EVERY 6 SECONDS STARTING THIS AUCTION. BID FAST AND REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF LOTS ARE NOT LOADING FAST ENOUGH. Every lot is a soft close which means any bids that are entered in the last 1 minutes will add 1 additional minute to that lot. Other lots will proceed to close as scheduled. Lots are sold as is, in person inspection is recommended. If unable to come, please call for full condition report. We are willing to go over items and send more pictures if necessary. Lots are sold as pictured; many are group lots that will not be split up. High bid wins the grouping. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. If you are planning to bid over $2,000 on any given lot, contact the auctioneer ahead of placing the bid. You will need pre-approval. Preview will be held, while the sale is running, Wednesday - Friday 9:30am-3:30pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. No appointment necessary for pick-ups.All pickups must be made within 72 hours of end of auction unless otherwise arranged with auctioneer. All credit cards on file will be processed Monday morning following close of sale with invoices being e-mailed there after. Pick up hours are Monday 9:30AM-7:00PM and Tuesday/Wednesday 9:30AM-3:30PM. If items are left passed that window you may be charged a storage fee of $5 per lot per day, at the auctioneers' discretion. Any items left after 2 weeks become auction house property. Please confirm prior to bidding that we will be able to ship the item to you. Some items we will not ship can be referred to a third-party shipper or you may obtain your own shipping. Please make sure your shipper can make the pick-up window, storage fees we be charged if unable to make it within the 72-hour window. On Monday after the sale, winning bidders will receive a Text/ Email from ShippingSaint on behalf of B and D Auctions LLC, confirming if shipping will be required or if the items will be picked up in person. B and D Auctions, LLC reserves the right to deny any shipping in house and will refer out to a local shipper. We only ship items in house that we are confident they will make it to our customers safely and efficiently. Items will be shipped within ten days of payment received. Handling is calculated and broken down by the material and labor used. It is calculated at the time of preparing shipment. We utilize the most competitive shipping carrier we can find. The shipping and handling charges will show on your statements as ShippingSaint. Once you have confirmed shipping through ShippingSaint you will be updated as items move through the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the shipping invoice within 72 hours of the end of the auction OR the credit card on file for HiBid WILL be charged. Not sufficient funds, or otherwise declining the charge for the shipping forfeits your items to B and D Auctions, LLC. If item(s) are not paid, in full, within the 72-hour window, the bidder forfeits there right to the item(s). B and D Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid/bidder.
