To preview any auction items email lmh6013@psu.edu to schedule a time
1. All bidders must be registered to bid on auction lots
2. Alll auction items are sold as is, where is and with any faults
3. No Buyer’s Premium will be charged to any purchases, but 3% will be charged to all credit card purchases
4. Bidding closes on the first lot at 5:00 pm on Thursday, April 15, Bidding will close 15 seconds after the previous lot
5. This auction uses a soft close format, bidding will remain open for one minute past scheduled close time to accept any last bids
6. Pick-up for won items is Friday, April 16 from 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm, & Saturday, April 17 from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at Penn State Extension Office 160 South Second Ave. Clarion, PA 16214.
7. Payment is required before or at time of pick up, checks are the only form of payment accepted at time of pick up, credit cards will be accepted and if paying with a credit card the total MUST be paid in full by Friday, April 16 at 12:00 pm acceptable cards are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (A 3% fee wil be charged to all credit card transactions)
8. Items that are not picked up at the provided time(s) will be charged to the credit card on file, and ownership of the item will revert back to seller
9. There will be no shipping available for auction items
10. No items will be packed for pick up; buyer is responsible for any packing materials needed
11. By registering for this auction, you agree to all of the terms and conditions provided
12. All sales are final, NO refunds will be given
