All sales are final. If you are the successful bidder we expect payment for items won. All items sold "AS IS" in 'where is" condition. All information obtained from reliable sources and thought to be correct, however, it is up to the buyer to perform their "due diligence" and inspections to satisfify themselves as to condition of specifics of each item. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Titles will be mailed out 1 week after day of auction and payment received. Town Lots will be conveyed after payment made. All inventory to be removed from sale site after close of auction Thursday, January 30, 2025 until 3:00 p.m. or by Friday, January 31, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Must present a "PAID INVOICE" to remove items Invoices will be sent out after the auction - Paid invoices will lbe sent out after item is paid in full. All Invoices due day of sale - Thursday, January 30, 2025 Town Lots will be invoiced separate from other auction items. All invoices due upon receipt. Invoice will include a 10% non-refundable buyers fee. Payment types accepted will be bank ACH and Credit Card ( with 4% convenience fee) Applicable taxes apply unless current sale tax exempt number is on file. Provide current tax information when registering. Auctioneer reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Final sales are at the sole discretion of the auctioneer and are final.
