Internet bidding only. 10% non-refundable buyers fee will apply to all lots. All invoices due day of sale at close of sale upon receipt of invoice. Payment types accepted are Bank ACH & Major Credit Card (with 4% conveniene fee added to credit card). Must present a "Paid Invoice" to pick up inventory.

Auction Notice:

Town Lots will be inventoried separately from other auction items. Auctioneer will call successful buyer and facilitate payment after close of auction. Inventory can be pick up with "Paid" Invoice day of sale following close of bidding on Thursday, Jan. 30 until 3:00 p.m. and on Fridasy Jan. 31 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. For other arrangements contact Butler Town Office @ 580-664-3915
