Serial #8543. Kit was purchased from Zenith Aircraft Co. and built by Jim Gross. Kit originally included 750-tail (horizontal & vertical) kit, CH 750 fuselage kit, CH750 controls kit, STOL 750 dual control sticks option kit, CH 750 wing kit, 750 nosegear shock suspension, AV-529 VHF communications antenna for general aviation, STOL CH 750 finishing kit, CH 750 flaps & slats kit, CH 750 fuel system kit, 750 long range fuel kit, 750 LED landing kit, 0200 cont. engine mount, 0200 Continental cowl top & bottom, along with drawings and manuals. Whirlwind propeller #GA-UL350-3B and 11.3" Whirlwind spinner 0200. EarthX ETX900 aircraft lithium battery, Flight Line FL760A VHF aircraft transceiver, two Air Boxx CF headsets, fuel injected Continental aircraft engine 4 cylinder IO-240B with rear mount starter and alternator, with installation & operation manual. Two seater. Performance test report on airspeed indicator. Have Affidavit of Ownership for Amateaur-Built and Other Non-Type Certificated Aircraft. Unfortunately, the owner passed way before finishing this plane and it was never flown. No inspections have been documented. There are no build sheets. This is not complete. Purchaser is responsible for all inspections and paperwork needed prior to flight. Buyer responsible for disassembly and pick up. No delivery. Lot also includes a variety of aircraft parts, hardware, etc. as pictured. Video of aircraft running is from 5 years ago. Jim lost interest in the aircraft after his father died (they worked on it together) so it has sat in storage. This is a short list of items installed or purchased for the plane. Please take advantage of preview days to inspect this yourself or send your aviation mechanic. Selling as-is. Unfinished. Not airworthy. Payment is cash or bank wire transfer within 5 days of the auction ending. Buyer will have until November 18 to arrange disassembly / pick up but must schedule appointment.

Midland Bid Junkies is honored to be commissioned to settle the estate of the late Jim Gross of Merrill, Michigan. Jim was on the road for several months out of a year working but when at home he put his knowledge and abilities to use building projects, airplanes, homes and more along with staying in touch with family and friends. We will be selling his unfinished Zenith Zenair CH750 experimental kit airplane, new airplane parts and material for a 2nd project plane, 2006 Ford F250 XL Super Duty pickup, 2020 Ford F150 with tool topper, clean & well maintained 2005 Georgetown motorhome, a 1950s Ford pickup truck was another project in the works, shop equipment, boats, tractors, Winchester TS-22 gun safe, and more. Auction is open for bidding and will end Wednesday, October 25 with pick ups by appointment on Friday, October 27 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.). Individuals requiring loading large shop equipment, vehicles, etc. will have Saturday, October 28 (9 a.m.-1 p.m.) and Monday, October 30 (9 a.m.-1 p.m.) as additional days for EQUIPMENT PICK UP ONLY (no smalls, box lots, etc.) by appointment. Be prepared to load, rig, tie down, your own equipment. Purchaser of plane will have additional time to arrange transport. This reason for termination would also include a missed reserve or minimum price or the seller's unwillingness to release said item. MBJ  also reserves the right to settle all disputes that may arise between bidders, sellers or auction company. In the event that the written description of a listed item is in contrast with (or is in any variation from) the pictures accompanying the auction listing, it is at the discretion of Midland Bid Junkies as to whether or not the sale will be completed or terminated. Auction Co.'s Right to Suspend Bidding: Auction company may for any reason suspend a bidder's bidding privileges, without notice, if they feel it is in the best interest of the auction company or the seller. A bidder's bidding privileges will be suspended or permanently terminated if the bidder provides false information when registering to bid or has a history of nonpayment. Auction company may also suspend bidding for any reason on an individual item or the entire auction. No international bidding accepted. Consent to Suit in Michigan:In the event of legal proceedings arising from this contract or from the auction in connection therewith, buyer consents to being subject to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Michigan. Buyer also agrees that venue shall be in Midland County, Michigan and that the laws of the State of Michigan shall govern this Agreement and the parties' transaction hereunder.
