Auction is open for bidding and will end on Wednesday, May 8 starting at 7 p.m. Not all lots immediately close at 7 p.m. Auction will close via the soft close method. If an item is bid on within the last few minutes of the lot closing, the time will be extended. This will continue until there is no bidding within the last 3 minutes of a lot closing. All other lots will continue to close.

Osborne Auction Service LLC is excited to announce our partnership with the Greater Midland Community Center in selling all items related to the day-to-day operation of the center. The GMCC has been blessed by the Midland Community with the ability to build a new facility which will open in May. After the new facility is opened, the old 1954 buidling will be decommissioned and all usable assets sold through auction so they can be rehomed, reused or recycled. New construction has been going on while the old building continues to be in use. This catalog was processed as the building, equipment and accessories were being used to limit the impact on members' use. Now the time has come for everything to be sold through online auctioin as the old building sees it's last month of use. The transition will be quick, so your help and attention to details is important. Once the auction closes, we will only have May 11-18 for pick up by appointments (PLEASE READ LOT DETAIL FOR SPECIFIC PICK UP DATES). After this date, the building will be turned over to the demolition crew to prepare the site for a new parking lot before winter.
