We take pride in selling equipment, not calling no sales so any reserve will be realistic or those items will not be listed. Under no condition will the seller, nor anyone acting on behalf of the seller, be allowed to bid on the item. Any bidder participating in such activity will be banned from future auctions and will be subject to legal action. <b>Sales Tax </b> South Dakota State Sales Tax applied to all purchases at the rate of 6.2% on non-titled items. <b>Buyer's Premium </b> NO BUYER'S PREMIUM!!! <b>Payments </b> Wieman Land & Auction will have a representative on site sale day until 5pm, and Wednesday - Friday, October 11-13 from 9a.m. to 5 p.m. to help load and take payments. A successful bidder is responsible for making payments on time. All payments are to be made out to Wieman Land & Auction. Cash, good check, or wire transfer are the only methods accepted in online auctions. All items must be paid for during those pickup hours unless arrangements are made with the auctioneers. No items are allowed to be removed until paid in full. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in being banned from future auctions and be subject to legal action. <b>Removal of Purchase </b> All purchases must be paid in full before removing the item(s). Scheduled Load Out will be sale day until 5pm, and Wednesday - Friday, October 11-13 from 9a.m. to 5 p.m. All items must be removed within 2 weeks. NO EXCEPTIONS! The buyer is responsible for transportation of his/her purchase.
