If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total. If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup. SALES TAX: Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all personal property items.  If you are tax exempt you may fill out the tax exemption form with your tax ID number at pickup.  Any items not picked up by 2P.M. on August 26th will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s).  NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITMES WILL BE AVIALBALE.  BUYERS MUST PICK UP THEIR ITEMS ON THE PICKUP DAY AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS (770 Campbellsville Street Liberty, KY. 42539). Pickup day for personal property will be Saturday August 26th between 10:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. Bidders are responsible for packing and loading their items. Bring help if needed for loading.   CURRENCY TYPE: USD SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on August 24th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
