Up for auction is this 1998 Fleetwood mobile home with three bedroom, 2 baths and approx. 1,280+/- square feet of living space. The home measures 16'x80'. Included with the home is a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Large open living room and kitchen with separate dining room. There are two bedrooms and a guest bath at one end of the home with the master bedroom and attached bath at the other end. Laundry is next to the master bedroom. The front and back decks are included with the home as well as central heat and air unit. Ceiling lights in the two guest bedrooms and bathroom are not functioning. There was a small fire under the trailer from the heat tape near the water supply that could have resulted in this issue but the seller is unsure. If the property is rented at the time of the auction, the renters shall have 30 days after the completion of the auction to vacate. Buyer will have 90 days after the completion of the auction to removed the home from the property.
