TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.  Payment can be made at pickup by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card a 3% proccessing fee will be added. If paying with the card used to register for the auction please bring that card to pickup with you when you check out. BUYER’S PREMIUM:  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to winning bids to determine final sales price.  SALES TAX: Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to all personal property items.  If you are tax exempt you may fill out the tax exemption form with your tax ID number at pickup.  NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITMES WILL BE AVIALBALE.  BUYERS MUST PICK UP THEIR ITEMS ON THE PICKUP DAY AT THE PROPERTY ADDRESS.  Pickup day for personal property will be Saturday June 10th between 10:00A.M. and 2:00P.M.  Any items not picked up by 2:00P.M. on June 10th will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s).  All information gathered for this auction is believed to be true but not guaranteed. CURRENCY TYPE: USD SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on June 8th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
