Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Christian County, Illinois This auction is a soft close auction which means that it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m. the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while maybe other items are closing. This goes for all lots, as long as someone has bid it puts 3 more minutes on the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding Cory Craig, Auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.
