All sales final etc. All items sold as is, where is. No Bid Cancellations, No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. All Bids are final. Total Internet/Online fee=13% (8% on Real Estate unless otherwise noted in description). PLUS sales tax and any other applicable fee.
Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with on all charges $1,200.00 and below and paid invoice will be emailed to you. Wire Transfer is required on all other purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Contract required for Real Estate purchases and fees including $225.00 per parcel recording service fee AND estimated State doc stamps/recording charges. Buyers will be emailed contract and must sign & return within 24 hours.
Brevard County tax is 7% charged on all items except Real Estate. UNLESS you have provided us with a Resale Certificate. Taxes are also charged on all vehicle unless Buyer is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer and provides us their license.
