Bankruptcy Real Estate deeds may take as long as 4 +/- months due to Federal Court procedures. Buyers will be emailed paperwork & must immediately complete & mail back for we can transfer title (we need original signed paperwork back) or record deeds (ok to email us signed real estate contract). Firearms will ONLY be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer AND we must have a copy of their license. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO cooling off period! We do not ship vehicles or heavy equipment.
