We are pleased to bring to you the real estate and personal property belonging to The Devonda Luttrell Estate.  This is an online auction that will be ending on Thursday September 12th at approx. 6:00 P.M. with a soft close.  The real estate and car will be sold subject to seller's confirmation (sells with reserve) with the remaining personal property selling regardless of price.  Including in the auction is a 1978 mobile home that has had an addition added to the back making a total of approx. 1,232+/- square feet of living space.  There are 5 bedrooms and 2 baths in this home along with central heating and air, connection to county water, blacktop driveway and a large 28'x28' detached garage.  Another shed is located next to the garage providing even more storage space.  Along with the real estate there is a 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, John Deere riding mower, furniture, glassware, coins and nearly 1,000 lots of personal property to bid on.
REAL ESTATE:  A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due within 48 hours of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date.  Buyer shall make this down payment by cash, approved check or wire transfer.   All wiring fees shall be paid for by the buyer.  This property is being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed, written or implied.  This is an online-only auction that will be ending Thursday September 12th, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. EDT on September 14th will be charged to the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s) unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Company. All information gathered for this auction is believed to be true but not guaranteed. CURRENCY TYPE: USD SOFT CLOSE: Closing of lots will begin on Thursday September 12th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT with 15 second intervals between each lot. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.
