PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS: Pick-up will be by appointment, or December 13-15, 2024 9am-5pm, shipping will may take 1-3 weeks (holiday season, unless express shipping is arranged by buyer)
Pick-up date: Any time December 13-15, and by appointment there after. Items must be picked up ASAP.
Shipping is available on smaller items thru UPS or USPS .Shipping rates will based off of time/labor and material. A $3.00 per package minimum and will be handled through the Shipping Saint app. My objective is to get your items to your location safely and securely, yet keep in mind, we are not in charge of how shipping companies handle your package (such as improper handling/ rough handling).
The winning bidder MUST have a Shipping Saint account and select that they choose to ship their winning items.
All items must be removed ASAP, unless arrangement of times there after, we are not a storage facility. If you so choose not to pick up your items on a timely matter, make sure someone else can pick them up for you! Any items left without arrangements will be considered abandoned and will either be resold with absolutety no reimbursement or will be thrown away.
Credit cards will be charged at the end of the auction and buyer will receive an email from Steward Auction Service with your invoice (once paid in full) of auction items you have won. Following that invoice, you will receive an email and/or text from the Shipping Saint software asking if you require shipping. If you select shipping. If you so choose shipping, I will start on packaging your items over the next few days and you will then receive an email and/or text from Shipping Saint asking you to pay your shipping invoice. Once Shipping Saint has been paid, I can print your shipping label, and your auction items will be on the way.

1- Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are final. Those who choose not to schedule to view in person, are acknowledging that everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS as so, like they previewed the items in person.
2- Item is sold to the highest bidder. Tie bids reverts to the register bidder who registered to bid for that item first.
3- Highest bidder of an item assumes full liability/ownership of the item as soon as the auction closes. Item must be removed within the stated times (posted above) after the auction concludes. Buyer must supply own manpower, tools, supplies, and any equipment nesseccary to remove purchased items.
4- There is a 5% Buyers Premium and 4% CC Surcharge fee. The credit cards will be ran at the time of pickup if picking up in person, make sure you bring your billfold. There is a $25 fee for any credit card that are "expired" or have "insufficient funds"
5- All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Absolutely no refusal to pay or "Charge Backs".
6- By bidding and buying in this auction, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions that are presented here. By placing a bid here is a legal binding agreement/contract to bid and shall not retract a bid at anytime unless handled by Steward Auction Service.
7- As technology is never perfect, Steward Auction Service is not responsible for any website or platform crashes involving Hibid or there entities. If the internet crashes, you, the bidder are still liable for the bids places and the potential winning bid.
