All items are sold "As Is", "Where Is", All Sales are final, Latimer Auction makes no Warranty - implied or expressed. 15% Buyers Premium & 3.5% Credit Card Fee (18.5%) will be applied to your winning Bid, you may pay by Cash or Wire if notification is made at time of Registration to avoid the CC Fee. (not during or after the auction close) When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is. The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction with a 3.5% CC Surcharge. SHIPPING NOTE: WE WILL SHIP ONLY SMALL BOXABLE ITEMS & NO GLASS! The shipping cost will be emailed to the buyer and payment must be received prior to the package being sent. Buyer must confirm the cost of shipping or item will not ship. Latimer Auction does not test or guarantee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition. Pickup Dates: Friday Nov. 22nd 12:00 pm till 6:00pm, by appointment only, (To set appointment please reply to the text/email sent to you after the auction closes - be sure and choose an available time slot). Shipping is available on smaller items only. Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made 2 days post Auction, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds and Bidder will be barred from bidding at future Auctions. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged! By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Fraudulant/Non-Paying Bidders & No Call-No Show Buyers will be barred from future Auctions! Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction . Latimer Auction Reserves the Right to Bid on items for those without Internet or who are unable to Bid. All Buyers are responsible for loading their purhases or providing their own labor to load them. We do not provide labor to load your purchases.
