Bidder will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. Auction Site ALL BIDDERS AT THE AUCTION SITE ARE THERE AT THEIR OWN RISK. Bidder agrees the auction site is potentially dangerous because of heavy equipment operation. Regardless of cause, Auctioneer or its agents will not be responsible for any injury to anyone at the auction site. Risk of Loss Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item and buyer agrees to obtain full liability insurance coverage for the item as may be required by law. Titles Titles are not available on sale day and will be mailed to purchaser, approximately 10 business days after satisfactory settlement. No titles will be available if vehicles are marked "No Title". Title may be picked up at our office or delivered by certified mail. A bill of sale will be issued on auction day.

SHIPPING: **Prior to bidding please contact Bridget @ 712 371 9164 to see if the lots you are interested in, are shippable . PICKUPS: When: Nov. 19th from 4-7pm and the 20th from 9am-1pm. Where: 523 South Main Street Holstein, IA Scheduling Signup: Bidders will receive a text from (812) 220-3022 or email (if they do not have a cell registered with us) from Shipping Saint. The text message or email will have two options "Shipping" or "Pickup". Select the correct choice. For Pickup: Step 1. Select a time (this does not have to be exact) Step 2. You will be taken to a confirmation page with the address and time. You will receive a reminder text or email on pickup day. For shipping: Step 1. Confirm your shipping address, include any notes including items you'd like shipped or packing instructions. Step 2.Once your lots are packaged, you will be texted an invoice to pay, after payment the item will be dropped off at the shipping center. Usually this process is completed early the following week. * Shipping option is NOT for local delivery.
