There will be a 10% buyer's Premium on all purchases made online. Iowa sales tax will apply to purchase made. All Sales final.
Please do all investigating on the lots that you are interested in before placing your bids. After you place a bid and the system accepts that bid, it cannot be retracted. All of the items that are sold at the auction companies facility are available for preview before the auction.
Auction company makes no guarantee on the authenticity of any items being sold. We will represent any defects that we are made aware of or that we notice during cataloging. Please use the opportunity to preview items or call the office if you have specific questions. If you are the successful bidder on any item(s) you will receive an invoice in the email that you used to register with. On this invoice the pickup location and the pickup times are stated. The pickup times are also stated before the bidding begins. If you are unable to meet these guidelines, please do not place bids. There will be no refunds and can lead to a permanent decline from bidding with this company.
PAYMENT: All payments must be made before items released. No items will be released until payments are collected. Items not paid for by November 14th will be charged on the credit card used to register. If you need to have items shipped, you will need to make payment with ACH (in states only) Wire or mail a check. Shipping fees will be charged on your credit card.
***SHIPPING***
If shipping is required you must make payment by- mailing check, ACH or wire. Shipping cost will be charged to card on file (Can not pay for items with credit card if shipping.) Shipping will be done with UPS, USPS or PAK mail. For larger orders, 1-3 toys will be packing in a box. You will have multiple boxes in your shipment. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees. Buyer will be charged a fee from the auction company for the handling of shipped lots. Charges are as followed. $10.00 for 1st lot & $2.50 for each additional lot. UPS or USPS charged will be on a separate charge on the credit card used to register.
All buyers herby certify that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed below and they agree to be bound thereby. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids.
Online bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. Someone else has to bid to increase the current price and the computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. If 2 people bid the same max bid on the same item, the 1st person to place the bid will be the winning bidder. If it is a live and online auction, (meaning that people will be bidding at the auction in person and people will be bidding online at the same time) the floor bid may out bid a max bid online. The auction staff cannot see your max bid during the auction, therefore if the floor bid lands on your max bid it will be pushed to the winning position.
Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid before auction begins.

When using online auction services, you are making firm commitment to purchase items into a legal binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Nonpaying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse. Hoge Auctioneering will accept or refuse any bids for not complying with the terms and conditions. Online bidders note: Auction company will not be held responsible for bids that do not go through. The best way to insure your bid is accepted is to enter your max bid before the auction.
