* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. NO Returns.
* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranted.
* We Reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
* Credit Card information at time of registration is for verification purposes. Only charged if OUT OF STATE OF IOWA &/or you have requested to charge your card.
* Buyer's premium rate charged. 15% Buyers fee
* Payment types that are accepted. Check, Cash or credit card : Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card ONLY
* CREDIT/DEBIT CARD on File with HiBid. We will impose a 4% surcharge fee on all credit/debit card transactions for each use of that card.
* If your CC is DECLINED you will be banned from bidding on any future auctions.
* ALL items must be picked up on stated date & time unless other arrangements have been made with Sifert Auction Service. If not picked up your item(s) will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service & The bidder will still be charged for the invoice total
* If NOT picked up on specified pick up date/time you will be charged additional storage fee of $15.00 per day. Your CC on file will be charged
* Winning bidders are responsible to BRING ADEQUATE HELP with you to load your item(s). Bring your own tie downs, rope, totes, boxes, packing material etc, NO BOXES available, No loading assitance will be available.
* No returns or refunds for any reason
* NO credit card/debit card charge backs allowed . This will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* Failure to pay OR pickup for your item(s) will result in you being banned from future auctions.
* If your item(s) are not picked up, it will be forfeited back to Sifert Auction Service.
