If you have any questions, it is your responsibility to answer your questions prior to biddingby any means necessary. No refunds for buyers remorse if they think it is an item it is not.

H. Know what you are buying! If you place a charge back on your card you MUST contact the auction company first. Charge backs without prior knowledge to the auction company will be met with swift and aggressive action by our legal department.
I. Buyers shall realize that the auction site maybe a dangerous location and will hold harmless the seller and/or Eastman and Sons when they arrive and remove their purchases.
J. Buyer needs to bring manpower to help load their purchases. We will have skidloaders on site to help load your items/or push/pull on to trailers. We LOAD at YOUR PERIL, the seller/Eastman and Sons will be held harmless if your item is scratched, bent, dropped, or somehow damage thru the loading process. We will make every attempt to load your items safely and securely, but if you don't like the way we load, load it yourself.
K.. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
L. For internet only auctions we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in case of equipment failures.
M. Payment forms: for this auction we only accept credit cards as a form of payment unless noted in the individual Lot description. Your credit card, on your HiBid account will be charged the cost of your purchases and buyers premium when the auction closes.
N. No shipping is being offered this auction.
