Most items have very little use and excellent condition. Attend the preview to see the condition and buy with confidence that these items are in above average condition. Preview & all items will be picked up at the acreage 2008 340 St. Titonka Ia. at the scheduled times. The property is sold and new owners take possession right away so all items must be removed by July 27, 2024

Cash, Checks, or credit cards, 4% fee added on credit cards. Everything sold as is where is. Anyone with a credit card which is declined will be charded $20.00 inconvience fee. After multiple declines, you will be banned from our auctions. We do enough auctions and do not need the inventory piling up. We pay our sellers in a timely fashion and do not need to be chasing down or waiting for buyers to pay when they feel like it. Please bring your own boxes and help to load items. Nothing removed until settled for. Not responsible for accidents or missing items.
