Auction Terms & Conditions All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of auction. Red Rock Auctions will accept payment at time of pick-up or at time of shipping. *** Pickup fee if items not picked up during scheduled pickup time without previous arrangments. If you can't make it, just let us know BEFORE the auction closes! We are flexible if we have notice. Credit card on file will be charged for purchases.*** Send a friend or family member if you can't make it!
Items left after 3 days of scheduled pickup dates without any communication or notification become property of Red Rock Auctions unless prior arrangements are made. Card on file will be charged. Buyer is responsible for all outstanding invoices and communication. Any large items left or unwanted beyond pickup or shipping requiring additional disposal costs will be charged to card on file (i.e. furniture,TV's, or large items)
We accept Cash, VISA, Master Card, and Discover credit cards, check, debit cards, money order.Cash/Check preferred.
If payment is declined/returned, a $25 service fee will be charged to any account, which requires additional time to contact and establish payment for merchandise or shipping.
All items are sold "as-is, where-is". There are no warranties implied or given. Please reference pictures or personnally inspect items during scheduled preview time for condition and accuracy of lots being sold. Red Rock Auctions will provide as much information as is available with the items. If you have any questions, please reach out and we will respond as soon as we can. Announcements made on sale day take precedent over any previous print or oral statements. Red Rock Auctions is not responsible for any inadvertent errors in advertising or descriptions.
